Fruit Slush Punch (recipe)

Fruit Slush Punch

3 oz. Strawberry jell-o
¾ cup white sugar
1 quart water
23 oz. pineapple
1 cup strawberries, stemmed
1 cup pineapple, cut in bite size pieces
2 cups cold water

Dissolve jell-o in 1 quart boiling water. Add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 2 cups of ice-cold water to hot mixture. In blender, combine pineapple juice and fresh fruit, blend until smooth. Add juice mixture to jell-o mixture and pour into a container and place in the freezer. Freeze until frozen solid. Thaw until slush slides out of container easily into punch bowl. Add ½ to entire 2 liter 7up (amount of 7up depends on how carbonated you like your slush). Garnish with strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream!
