City Barbeque handing out free sandwiches in downtown Columbus Friday

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) -- For those of you looking for some cheap eats for lunch on Friday, one local restaurant chain has a price that can't be beat: free.

City Barbeque is offering a complimentary pulled pork sandwich to the first 500 people at a pop-up at Broad St. and High St.between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.

The company said it's part of their celebration for May as National BBQ month.
