CINCINNATI, Ohio (WKRC) - Cincinnati Police have identified two people killed in a crash in Winton Hills Tuesday night as Sarah Emanuel, 31 and Timothy Brown, 56. Police say excessive speed and impairment were factors.

Emergency crews were called to Gray Road near Winton at 6:45 p.m. for the crash.

Police say Emanuel was driving. She crossed the center line and her car spun into the path of a minivan. Emanuel and her passenger, Brown were killed.

Hamilton County Coroner Lakshmi Sammarco said opioid paraphernalia was found in Emanuel's car.

The driver of the minivan suffered serious injuries and was taken to UC Medical Center. Local 12 was told she was pregnant. There was reportedly an emergency C-Section performed and the baby survived.

Police say none of the three people involved were wearing their seatbelts.
