Dublin high school student dies during band practice
DUBLIN, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) —
The Dublin City School district is mourning the sudden loss of a student who died on Monday evening.
According to a letter sent out by Dublin Coffman High School principal Mike Ulring, a sophomore died unexpectedly at school while practicing with the school's symphonic band.
No other details were provided about the student or the circumstances.
Ulring said the District's crisis team will be there for as long as needed on Tuesday, adding students and staff who need to speak with a counselor will have every opportunity for the immediate future.
