A Dublin man stands accused of selling fentanyl to at least three people, two who overdosed the same day as buying the drugs.

E'Jaeron Marks faced a judge Thursday for corrupting another with drugs and trafficking drugs.

Last month, medics in Washington Twp. responded to a condo where two relatives both overdosed on what prosecutors say was straight fentanyl.

Medics had to administer more than one dose per relative to keep them alive as fentanyl is ten times stronger than heroin.

Police say one of the two drug users provided his phone which contained his drug seller's information.

This week, Dublin Police say they spotted Marks, the suspected seller, committing another drug sale at his apartment complex near Tuttle Mall.

Police arrested Marks and say they found more fentanyl and measuring scales inside his apartment.

Marks is being held on a $400,000 bond.
