Former Ohio State running back Brionte Dunn is set to face a judge on felony charges Thursday.

Dunn was charged with rape and kidnapping, both felonies. The initial hearing is set at the Franklin County Municipal Court.

Police wrote in court documents that a woman said Dunn attacked her in August after he asked for a ride. She said she drove Dunn to her house against her will. She then told police that Dunn raped her twice.

Dunn was kicked off the Ohio State football team before the season began after pleading no contest to a misdemeanor assault charge.

Court documents showed his then girlfriend claimed he hit, pushed and strangled her. Dunn was placed on two years worth of probation.

It's likely that his probation status will be discussed in Thursday's hearing.

ABC 6/FOX 28 will continue to follow this story.
