Man accused of threatening UDF clerk with a gun
Columbus Police are searching for the man who is accused of threatening a UDF clark with a gun overnight Monday.
According to police, the man entered the UDF on the 1000 block of W. Broad St. just after 12:30 a.m. Police said he went directly to the counter and demanded money from the clerk. The police report said he implied that he had a gun and threatened to harm the clerk. The clerk complied and the unknown man fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police described the man was being around 5'5" tall, around 170 lbs with short hair, thin beard, and a mustache. Surveillance photos show he was wearing a black jacket, and gray hooded sweatshirt.
