PepsiCo awards Ohio University with recycling grant

PepsiCo has awarded Ohio University with a Recycling Zero Impact Fund Sustainability Grant for the 2017-18 school year.

Ohio University was selected out more than 60 proposals to receive the grant.

The funding will help increase sustainability efforts on campus by simultaneously reducing the campus' waste stream and supplying food pantries and other organizations.

PepsiCo Recycling Zero Impact Fund aims to help schools across the country reach their sustainability goals by awarding up to $10,000 to support eco-innovations that increase sustainability on campus, according to the press release.
