Columbus Police said they were investigating two cases of indecent exposure that happened at an Easton Town Center clothing store.

A 20-year-old woman said she was in Forever 21 on Tuesday afternoon when a strange man started following her through the clothing racks. She said when she turned and saw the suspect, he was naked from the waist down.

"I turned, he was completely exposed, he was fondling himself... Complete shock," said the woman. "I am pretty sure my mouth dropped to the floor, there was just no words for the level of uncomfortable I felt at that moment."

Police said this was the second incident in the Easton store reported within the past two weeks.

The incidents at Easton are not believed to be connected to the Upper Arlington and Delaware incidents.

In a statement, Easton Town Center said:

At Easton Town Center, the safety of our guests is our number one priority. We do not tolerate this type of behavior and are fully cooperating with CPD as they investigate this matter.
