Police identify two men killed at a Worthington bar
WORTHINGTON, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) —
A shooting at a Worthington bar killed two men and injured another early Wednesday morning.
The incident marked the first homicide in the city of Worthington in about 12 years, Worthington Police Sgt. Stephen Mette said.
Officers found 36-year-old Rayland Sullivan and 26-year-old Brian Farris in the parking lot area of Monkey's Bar & Grill located at 6116 Huntley Rd near the intersection with Dublin-Granville Road, Mette said.
The condition on the injured man wasn't immediately available, Mette said.
Police weren't searching for a shooter, Mette said.
Officers initially responded to a call about shots being fired around 1:27 a.m.
Investigators were questioning roughly a dozen people as potential witnesses, and they planned on reviewing surveillance video inside the bar as well.
