REYNOLDSBURG, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) - Viewers on Facebook watched a disturbing scene a few weeks ago - a toddler taped to a wall as a woman talked live on her Facebook page.

The woman, whom ABC 6/FOX 28 is not identifying by name because no charges have been filed against her, casually walks around a home, telling viewers, "Parents don't need to whoop the kids, all you gotta do is tape them to the wall."

At one point, the woman can be seen kissing the boy while he is still stuck to the wall, telling him, "You have the best mommy in the world."

ABC 6/FOX 28 was tipped off about the online video by a viewer.

Franklin County Children's Services officials refused to comment, telling us they do not talk publicly about ongoing investigations or referrals they have received.

Days after the video was posted, the woman was back on Facebook Live, telling viewers she had been called by Children's Services, and that she was disciplining the child by having him stand in the corner.

We contacted the woman seen in the video, but she would not comment on why the child was seen taped to a wall on Facebook Live.
