Police: Woman groped as she walked her dog
UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) -- Upper Arlington police are investigating a bizarre groping case that happened along Pemberton Road.
The victim said she was out walking her dog when a man approached her and began a conversation.Police said the man starting asking the woman questions about her dog and t-shirt.
Police said the suspect was wearing a shirt that looked like hospital scrubs. The victim said she didn't notice anything out of the ordinary, but admits she'd never seen the suspect before.
"He suddenly grabbed my breast. My words exactly were "Don't do that," as I stepped backwards," said Suzie Bird-Conliff.
Bird-Conliff said she ran to a neighbor's house for help and eventually called police. Upper Arlington police put out an alert. They're advising neighbors to be on the lookout, always have a cellphone and be cautious of talking to strangers.
The suspect is a white man in his 40's with short hair.
