ELK MOUNTAIN, WY (WSYX/WTTE) -- State troopers in Wyoming are lucky to be alive after wind gusts blew a semi with its trailer over and on top of a parked cruiser.

Three troopers were assisting motorists involved in previous wrecks on Interstate 80 Tuesday and were out of their patrol cars at the time of the incident.

No one was injured in the crash, including a driver and passenger in the semi.

The Wyoming Highway Patrol posted the video of the incident on its Facebook page.

This event occurred on February 7th near Elk Mountain, Wyoming on Interstate 80. Three Wyoming State Troopers were on scene providing care for motorists who were involved in previous crashes. Because of this, thankfully, all Troopers were out of their patrol cars assisting others and were not injured.

The highway patrol said the accident served as a reminder for motorists to follow high wind advisories and closures when travelling through the state.
