Mother seeks justice for her daughter shot at west side bar

Georgetta Casnielle is a mom on a mission.

She's hitting the streets and posting and posting "wanted" signs: armed with a handgun, staple-gun, and knowledge about the man charged with shooting her daughter.

It happened a month ago outside the Town Pub on Wilson Road in west Columbus.

Columbus Police issued an arrest warrant for Michael Cumberlander, but have not been able to find him.

Casnielle says that puts everyone at risk because he has a long criminal record.

Court records show previous gun and drug charges. In 2011, Cumberlander also admitted to shooting and killing a man, but he struck a deal with prosecutors and only served four years.

Casnielle says she will fight for justice for her daughter and she will not be afraid.

"Fear none. The streets are winning because they make people afraid. I refuse to back down."

Cumberlander faces a charge of assault, but police say more charges could be added when he's arrested.
