Paralyzed Pot Belly Pig Gets New Set of Wheels and New Lease on Life

COLUMBUS (Tara Morgan) -- A paralyzed pot belly pig is getting a new lease on life after undergoing spinal surgery.

JoJo can't move her back legs.

Her owners say she injured herself while playing in their Cincinnati pasture about a week ago.

They brought her to the OSU Vet Clinic for a surgery to repair a spinal injury.

JoJo now gets around with a special cart on wheels.

"We were of course nervous and the fact it had not been done on a pig before was a little nerve racking but it was her shot," said JoJo's owner, Danielle Hundley.

Veterinarians are keeping a close on her progress.  So far she hasn't regained mobility in her back legs.

JoJo will return to the OSU Vet Clinic in a couple weeks for a checkup.

Hundley and Walsh started a Facebook page for JoJo,

They're also raising money for her vet bills at
