(WSYX) Columbus, OH — The National Veterans Memorial and Museum is teaming up with veterans for a special book release and signing event this Saturday in honor of the 20th Anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks. Authors and U.S. Army Rangers Tom Amenta and Dan Blakely alongside photographer Beau Simmons share the stories of more than 70 veterans from their past.
The book titled "The Twenty-Year War" will be available to the public starting September 11th at The National Veterans Memorial and Museum in the Great Hall starting at 6 P.M. more than a dozen of the veterans who’s stories are shared in the book to be in attendance as well.
Tickets for the book signing and release event are $45 for nonmembers and $35 for members which includes refreshments, panel discussions and more.
