COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Police are investigating after a person shot in northeast Columbus died at the hospital on Tuesday evening.

Authorities were called to the 300 block of North 20th Street on a report of a shooting just after 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

A man was found shot, and was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition.

Authorities later confirmed the victim died at the hospital just after 6:30 p.m. He was later identified by police as 66-year-old Robert Kelly.

No suspects are yet in custody in this case.
