An Ohio man accused of firebombing a church in Geauga County over a drag show has been indicted by a federal grand jury.

Aimenn Penny, 20, is accused of going to the Community Church of Chesterland on March 25. The United States Department of Justice said he threw Molotov cocktails at the building in attempt to burn it down.

Court documents said Penny attempted to burn the church down after he found out the church was planning to hold multiple drag show events.
