CEDARVILLE, Ohio (WSYX) — Cedarville University's nurse practitioner (NP) program has been named one of the best in the country according to a recent report.
Intelligent.com ranked Cedarville's nurse practitioner program fifth in the nation out of 46 programs.
Monmouth University takes the No. 1 spot in the report. Ohio State's program comes in at No. 16.
Each program was evaluated on flexibility, faculty, course strength, cost and reputation.
“The school of nursing faculty and staff are invested in the professional, personal and spiritual growth of our graduate students,” said Dr. Kim Higginbotham, assistant dean and director of graduate nursing programs. “It is a privilege to be a part of the academic journey of the M.S.N. students. We desire that our students be competent and compassionate in the care they provide and use nursing as a ministry.”
