Amber Alert for 1-month-old reportedly taken by her father cancelled

UPDATE: Cleveland Police say one-month old Raniyah May was dropped of at University Hospital by a family member. Ronald Davis has not been located.


Police in Cleveland have issued an Amber Alert for a 1-month-old girl who was taken by her father Thursday afternoon.

Cleveland police say at 12:45 p.m. the girl's father broke into the mother's house through a window, beat the mother and forcibly took one-month-old Raniyah May.

The suspect was last seen in the 2400 block of East 37th Street in the victims vehicle.

The suspect, Ronald Davis, is described as a black male, five-foot-ten inches, 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie with white stripes, grey sweat pants and black and orange tennis shoes.

He was last seen driving a blue 2010 Chevy Malibu with Ohio license plate HKY3562.
