Clintonville mom hires employees with autism at bakery
Audrey Todd wanted a place for her young son to work one day.
Her son has autism, and she was worried he would never find employment, so she created a place for him: Food For Good Thought Bakery.
"I could only get him interested in baking," she said. "He wasn't interested in anything else."
The idea took off.
Audrey now has ten employees with autism who work at the bakery.
Food For Good Thought is considered a social enterprise. That's a business that makes a social impact.
