COTA named one of the best companies for women and people of color to advance

COTA announced on Tuesday that it has made two of the nonprofit Parity.org's lists for 2023.

It is one of 17 organizations in the country on the list of Best Companies for People of Color to Advance, and for the fourth year in a row was added to the list of Best Companies for Women to Advance.

The lists by Parity recognize companies and o5rganizations that implement programs, policies or cultures that allow women end people of color have the opportunity to achieve their full professional potential as the organization aims to close the racial and gender gaps in corporate leadership.

COTA is one of 18 companies to be named to both lists in 2023.

"“Equity, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of COTA’s mission," COTA's chief equity officer Monica Jones said. "COTA is built on a foundation that ensures the organization represents the community and customers it serves, and we continue looking for ways to emphasize and create a culture and operations that deliver growth and advancement to all in our organization."
