Elderly man robbed at gun point by two teenage girls near Canal Winchester

    Columbus Police are trying to identify two teenage girls that robbed an elderly man inside of his home on Saturday.

    Police said two female suspects rang a door bell in the 5000 block of Isaac Road.

    When the home owner answered the door the teenagers asked to use his bathroom. He said when the girls came out of the bathroom they displayed handguns.

    The 78-year-old man told police that the suspects pointed the handgun at him, his wife and their 12-year-old grandson.

    The suspects demanded money and jewelry. After receiving a small amount of cash they fled the home.

    The females are described as black females, skinny, five-foot-seven inches, with curly black hair, and dark skinned. One of the females has a tattoo on her left shoulder and one was wearing a green jacket with writing on it.
