MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WKRC) - Police arrested a woman after her toddler was found wandering in a local neighborhood wearing only a diaper.

A person on 17th Avenue in Middletown found the two-year-old boy, who is non-verbal and on the autism spectrum, on their front porch early Thursday morning. Officers could not locate the boy's parents.

A Head Start worker later saw a post about the boy and recognized him.
