Ohio State fans full of excitement for Big Ten title game
Buckeye fans were in it to win it Saturday night.
At Park Street Complex, the bar area was a sea of scarlet and gray as the Buckeyes took on the Wisconsin Badgers.
People chatted away, but stopped to do a little coaching, cheering and some yelling of their own as their eyes remained glued to the big screen televisions.
"It's been an amazing season, it's been very good, and very challenging" said Buckeye fan John Peters.
Park Street Complex was extra busy not only because of the Buckeyes excitement, but also because it was the last night of business for the bar which has been a fixture in the Arena District for over a decade.
"The outpouring of support from our regulars is unbelievable" said Aaron Johnson, Park Street manager.
Fans on hand said this season has been exciting, and kept them on edge at times.
"It's been up and down, but it's just added to the suspense and the excitement" said Stacey Peters.
Many fans wore their favorite players jersey numbers as a sign of support and a good luck charm.
"You have all these Buckeye fans around you, there's no better place to be" said Buckeye fan Brandon Schadek.
