Several Ohio high school students hospitalized after Pennsylvania bus crash


MILTON, Penn. (WSYX/WTTE) - Several people from Northwest Ohio were hospitalized after a New York City-bound bus crashed in Pennsylvania Monday.

According to representatives from Geisinger Health, 16 people were treated after a bus crash on Interstate 80 in Montour County.

WTVG in Toledo reported the bus was from Delphos Jefferson High School.

The hospital said there were 32 people on the bus including 28 high school students, three adult chaperones and a bus driver. Of the 16 people treated, 13 of them were released around noon.|

"Geisinger is providing care, including food and accommodations, for everyone involved in the bus crash," said the hospital on Twitter. "Additional information will be provided, when available, throughout the day."
