Sunday's rain leaves a mobile home park flooded in Pickaway County
Residents at the Ashville Country Estates Mobile Home Park in Pickaway County said for days, they've been fighting flooding in their community.
Now, they're concerned over what they saw when they looked out their windows.
"It's flooded five times this year, my electrical box is under water, it's just a river out here every time that it rains" said resident Michelle Stepp.
Neighbors blame part of the problem on a blocked culvert.
"It's full of trash, they've been told about it and maintenance is supposed to take care of it, but it never happens" said resident Jack Fritz.
By Sunday evening, Pickaway County Sheriff Deputies, along with Harrison Township Firefighters were in the neighborhood urging people to stay out of the water, as they surveyed the drain problem.
Tempers flared laters as a a man who identified himself as a subcontractor drove through and spoke to irate neighbors who say they've been trying to get the problem fixed for weeks.
ABC 6/FOX 28 called the mobile home property manager to get a time frame on when the the problem will get fixed.
Those calls have yet to be returned.
