Three people charged in rape case involving young boy
A Union County man is accused of arranging for two women to have sex with a child, and sexually assaulting the victim, according to new details released in the case.
Prosecutors say Christopher Cook arranged for Jacquelyn Tackett and Jessica Marie Jude to have sex with a child who was under the age of 13. They also say both women and Cook sexually assaulted the child, and showing the victim two pornographic videos.
Cook is also accused of threatening the child that if they told, he would hurt them.
All three were charged with multiple counts of rape and gross sexual imposition. Cook was also charged with intimidation, and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
Cook is being held on $100,000 bond. Tacket and Jude have not yet been arraigned.

Court documents show Christopher Cook, 39, was arrested on charges of rape, gross sexual imposition, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, and intimidation. The victim was identified as a 10-year-old boy, with allegations going back to December 2014.
Details about the charges were not immediately available.
A warrant was also issued for Jessica Jude, according to court documents. And another woman, Jacqueline Tackett, was given a summons to appear in court. Both women are also charged with rape and gross sexual imposition.
