"We owe it to kids to invest in them first," Columbus mayor says unveiling summer programs

City leaders are hoping to put kids on the right track and keep them off the streets. They unveiled their plan Thursday to pump more than $16 million into summer programs for youth this year. About $14 million of that money will come from Federal Recovery Act funds. (WSYX)
