Ohio man indicted for reportedly threatening to kill Congressman

A Westerville, Ohio man is facing up to 10 years in prison for allegedly threatening U.S. Represntative Steve Stivers and a member of Stivers' family.

E. Stanley Hoff, 68, was indicted on one count of threatening to assault and murder a United States official. A Justice Department release says Hoff is accused of calling Stivers' Hilliard office and leaving threats on the voice mail. Hoff was arrested June 21st, and is being held without bond.

Stivers is serving his fourth term in the House of Representatives, as the Congressman for Ohio's 15th District, which includes portions of Columbus.
