Property Values | Central Ohio homeowners fight back as thousands of property values hit historic highs

High-interest rates, mortgage rates, and inflation are causing home prices to skyrocket as well as rent. Many homeowners not wanting to pay more property tax are now saying no at the ballot box when it comes to school bonds and levies.

Panelists taking questions at the ABC6 On Your Side studios include Franklin County Auditor Michael Stinziano, Jennifer Noll with the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, President and CEO of developer Homeport Leah Evans, and economist Howard Fleeter who specializes in school funding.
