A Dublin bridal shop announced Friday it has closed, following a series of complaints from brides.

In a post on its website, the Elegant Bride said they are closed after "increased financial strain over the past several months."

On the website, customers are instructed to fill out their personal information if they believe they are owed money or a dress.

ABC 6/FOX 28 has been telling you about complaints with this shop since December 2017.

More recently, a series of brides have come forward to ABC6/FOX28, claiming dresses they paid for in full were delayed by months.

"Here I am booking a limo and making sure my cake is ready and I don't even have anything to wear!" said bride Kelsey Hoak.

Despite multiple attempts, the owner of the shop did not respond to ABC 6/FOX 28.

This week, the shop was locked up and dark, and later garbage bags were placed over the windows.

A press representative for the Elegant Bride said they would respond to requests for comment come Monday.

Here is the full post:

"All customer orders that are in the store will be shipped to address on file. We greatly regret the upset that Elegant Bride’s closing is causing. While we have been successful in delivering many dresses and accessories for customers, it has now become apparent that the increased financial strain over the past several months makes continuing that course of action no longer possible. If you believe you are owed any money or a gown, please use the form below to complete a proof of claim. Representatives handling this closure for Elegant Bride will make every attempt to help you as much as possible in this situation, which includes connecting you with the designer of your gown to get your gown shipped."
